Welcome to Teliya Jungle Resort. By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
- Room bookings are confirmed by the resort owner.
- Payment is made on arrival at the resort. Currently, no advance payment is required.
- The resort management reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.
- Booking confirmation and cancellation rights remain with the resort owner.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Tariff & Taxes
- Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
- GST at 5% is applicable on the final bill, as per government rules.
- Tariffs include accommodation and meals unless stated otherwise.
Additional Services
- Charges for extra beds, laundry, room service, snacks, or any other optional services are not included in the room tariff and will be billed separately.
Safari & Activities
- Safari tours are not included in the room tariff.
- Guests must enquire separately for safari arrangements.
- The resort is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes made by forest authorities.
Property Rules
- Guests are requested to respect the natural surroundings and maintain silence, especially during early morning and night hours.
- Any damage to property or assets will be chargeable to the guest.
- Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises in case of misconduct or violation of resort rules.
Legal Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to Nagpur jurisdiction only.
