We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below. In case of any refund is processed under any circumstances it will be credited within 5-7 days in bank account
Room Booking Cancellation
- Since payment is made on arrival, refunds are not applicable unless otherwise agreed by the resort owner.
- Booking cancellations are subject to approval by the resort management.
- The resort owner reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests.
Safari Booking
- Safari bookings are handled separately.
- Once a safari is booked, the safari fee is non-refundable, as it is governed by forest department rules.
- Teliya Jungle Resort is not responsible for safari cancellations or changes by authorities.
Management Rights
- The resort management reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
